From an early ages I have always been told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
A premise I have always taken to heart especially with the hearty appetite that I have. I really enjoy food.
So here are just a few of the tasty treats I enjoy on any given morning.
- Pancakes with fruits
- Eggs, Sausages and bake beans with toasts
- French toast with eggs, sausage, Mushrooms and tomatoes
- Antiguan breakfast made up of : spinach, eggplant, okras, stewed ling fish, boiled egg, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, fried plantain, avocado and bread.
- Raisin Bran cereal with milk, bread and turkey ham with lettuce, tomato and cucumber
- Steak, mushroom and roasted potatoes with a salad.
